- You may return your order within 7 working days from the delivery date, if the product is incorrect, damaged or defective:
- 'Incorrect' means the product is not the product you ordered; the model/colour is different from what is indicated on your order summary; or there are missing item(s) or part(s) from the packaging;
- 'Damaged' means the product is found to be damaged upon receipt;
- 'Defective' means the product is found to have technical defect(s).
- We reserve the right to reject any return or refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
- The phone must be in brand-new condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. There should be no scratches, marks, or signs of use
- If the issue is covered under warranty, you may need to contact the manufacturer directly for repairs or replacements.
- Warranty policy
- Warranty coverage, policy and it's length follows as what set by it's principal. Customer can send all their purchased original set direct to authorized service center for warranty request purpose. Otherwise, SK Mobile’s customer can bring to our service center and we will help send the item to the authorize service center based on our schedule
- * Water damage can still happens to waterproof device. For this scenario, it falls under invalidation of warranty
- ** Please be informed the shop is not liable for any data loss due the repair / services done by the service center. Customer needs to back up their data themselves in prior to send their item for warranty
- *** During the repair process, the shop has the rights to remove any parts / accessories whenever needed. For example tempered glass / screen protector / customized sticker or skins might be removed for the repair procedure. The shop will not replace or be responsible for all the removal or damaged to any added accessories
- **** The shop will not cover the shipping cost or any other cost to send the broken / faulty item to the shop. Customer also has to pay for return shipment for cancellation of service, and for device that the warranty has been invalidated. However, for device that is eligible for warranty claims, the shop will bear the shipping cost of sending the device back to customer
- Invalidation of Warranty
- Warranty is invalidated if the defect is caused (with intention or no intention) by wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, rough handling or abuse
- It is invalidated if unauthorised persons carry out any alterations or repairs
- If the warranty card has been altered, defaced or erased in any manner whatsoever
- Unable to provide us with the original proof of purchase during warranty claim
- Product purchased from non-authorised dealers or from overseas (unless applicable international warranty applies)
- Cosmetic damage (dent, crack, scratch and etc.)
- Spillage of food/liquids or detection of water / liquid inside the device (Applicable to both non water proof and water proof device)
- Operating with incorrect or irregular voltage supply
- Corrosion, rusting or stains
- Improper testing, operation, demonstration, maintenance, installation, adjustment or any alteration or modification of any kind. This includes any sort of unlocking, rooting, jailbreaking and a brick because of flashing firmware or rom
- If any part or parts of the unit are replaced with a part or parts not supplied or approved by us
- Repair or attempted repair by any party
- Where the product serial has been removed or made illegible or has been tampered with
- Use of the product in a commercial environment (become display set, event functions, advertising and etc.)
- Where any ancillary equipment or 3rd party software causes the problems or damage
- Infestation by insects or vermin
- Incomplete or improper installation
- Use of which is not designed
- Use with 3rd party battery, charger and cable
- Damage due to improper packing during shipment to SK Mobile for warranty purpose
- Disasters such as floods, fires, winds, earthquakes or lightning
- Damage due to foreign material
- Damage due to exposure to moisture, dampness or extreme thermal environment conditions
- Various product models have differing specifications, functions, display, appearance and performance, and is not regarded as a defect in the product
- Our customer service agent will verify the return reason and arrange a free return pick-up for you. Our courier company will pick up the package at the time specified by you. We will conduct an evaluation within fourteen (14) working days from the day our team receives the physical product. You will receive an email confirmation once the returned item is received from our end.
- If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, based on what you have indicated to our Samsung Support team. If it's valid, we will reimburse you with a refund through the same mode of payment that was made in the original purchase. - If your return is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned. For the items to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable
